Are you unsure about what school you should go to? Want to know more about UNA? If so, you have found the perfect blog. The University of North Alabama first established in 1854. The University of North Alabama has two mascots. The mascots are real lions from Africa named Leo and Una and the school colors are purple and gold. The university is located in Florence, Alabama. Most people have no idea of the college being here and it is because not a lot of people know where Florence is. Florence is in the top left hand corner of the state. If you chose to come to UNA, then there are many things to do around campus. During your time at the University of North Alabama different clubs will put on different functions to make college fun. Some things that go on around campus are a ghost walk around downtown Florence, Renissanse Faire at the park downtown, pumpkin patch, sorority life, and SOAR.
